Default strange juddering

Juddering

Can anyone point me in the right direction.

An acceleration in 3rd ( not tried it in 4th as not had the car long) at about 70-80 mph ish the car starts to judder and become hesitant,

The MAF sensor was recently replaced and the ECU reset but it didn’t have any fault codes.

Thanks

Tim

Plugs or leads maybe?? Could be a plug breaking down at a certain rpm?

yeah would certainly check the plugs. What year is the car? If it is an older car that has the coilpacks then it is possible that they are begining to see the end of their days and they too can cause this kind of problem. If its an import make sure you are on at least super unleaded (with octane booster a bonus)
