Default down pipe question

Just bought my self a tsl downpipe to fit onto a stright through s/section and a firestorm b/box.
The question is, if i fit the downpipe what sort of problems could i face?
could do without any major problems as iv only just had the engine rebuilt,so i want to go about it the right way.

the car in question is a
subaru forester s/tb import
lighten flywheel
polished headers
k+n panel filter
tsl s/section
tsl firestorm b/box.

think thats about it

cheers
