Default 99 classic turbo HELP

HI Guys

I have the above mentioned vechicle.I come out this morning started it up.

Got a tinny rattly noise. Left it running for a couple of minute it come and went

Then on route to work I Get it again changing gear or slowing down..ANYONE got any ideas ??

it does it on tick over does it when changing down but not up the car idles as it should ? IM CONFUSSED

HELP !!!!!

check the heatshield on the turbo, it may be loose

Checked it over with another guy and it sound like the cam it only does it when it car is reved up noise is from the front lower part of the engine

do you have standard headers sounds like heatsheld also do you have the guard fitted under engine as if not shelds get hot get splashed and can crack (this normaly happens the morning after day before was raining as that makes sence
not sure about cam though you have 2 remember
