Default Tramlining on MY05 Sti

Hiya,
Took a standard MY05 Sti Tye UK for a good long test drive today and found it to tramline badly at times. Is this normal and if so what cures it if any..It was a lovely car but didnt feel very confident when tramlining.
Cheers,

Guessing it was on the Bridgestone RE070's- it will tramline if they are fitted to it.

It tramlines very badly with the standard RE070's

I've just fitted PFF7's with Pirelli P-Zero Rosso's and it doesn't tramline at all.

Once you get rid of the outer coating, the tramlining becomes much less noticable, ive none on my RE070's, new second set with less than 1k on them
