Default Do Legacy Turbo's need a FCD

Do Legacy Turbo's need a FCD, as a mate of mine is running nitrous and higher than standard boost but his car doesn't seem to have the standard fuel cut defencer kicking in as I would have expected it to, although it doesn't seem to be as fast as I would have expected it to be with this set up which is abit confusing and I would love to see this car reach it's full potential.

Yeah there just the same really, do you mean the single turbo ones?

Have a look at www.uklegacy.com, plenty of info there

It has a k + n air filter, straight through exhaust, bleed valve, and the nitrous system fitted. I think the fuel cut and boost pressure valve are both connected up properly but i'll have to compare it to my impreza engine next time I see it if they are both pretty much the same engine.
