Can you buy certain hoses or do you need to buy a kit? I only need the 90 degree hose that goes from the cast IC pipe to the turbo.

You can buy sperate hoses, doesn't have to be a full kit...

but you'll need the measurements of the internal diameter of the hose, and length...

Just remembered, when i ordered some hoses online, they rang me the next day to confirm that i was gonna send them a cheque... but i paid online i said.... didn't come through as that ..he said..

So in short, might be worth doing the order over the phone...!

Anyone know what the diameter of the 90 deg hose from the cast 'Y' piece to turbo is? I think its 50mm?

The diameter of a TD04 is 50.8 mm. I've ordered 90 deg elbow from a guy in England in 3 days. You can check out this

www.merlinmotorsport.co.uk carry a good stock of 'odd' hoses if rally designs quote long lead times ( which they frequently do ). Got stuff from them before.
