can any one help just bought wrx sti v4 every time i give it a bit of welly the clutch sticks to the floor

 

mine does this occasionally with my paddle clutch. every time it happens the bite gets a bit higher

i think it's overheating and sticking then when you pull it back up a bit of the friction material gets left behind?

 

if the car has stood for a period they can sometimes do this.... i found when mine did some WD40 and some use it eventually sorted its self out.....

 

I've had the same problem in my '99 GT
Ever tried to upgrade the oil for a DOT 5.1?
