Crank Shaft oil seal.
I replaced the crank shaft oil seal about a month ago.
Since then it has pushed itself forward out of the crank casing and killed itself on the back of the crank pulley.
I am replacing this yet again tonight and was wandering should i have glued etc the new seal to the crank casing (still allowing the crank itself to spin through the center hole)?
Cant detect any sign of end float so not expecting that to be the cause.
Any help would be appreciated.
