hi,new to the site just need some help.thinking of getting a 95 wrx sti estate.dont really no much about these cars,what do i need to look out for when checking it over.any help appreciated.

 

Accident damage as on any other car first of all.
Leaking power steering pump, fluid will be on top of the block and smoke a bit, if its been mopped up you will still smell it.
Listen to noises coming from rear diff, knocking noise usually indicates its going or gone
Leaks from radiator, these cars are prone to cracked radiator ends as they are plastic
as the age of the car is 10 years they are getting on a bit.
Its not an estate, its a wagon, lol

hope this helps, Ive had to replace all of the above, not cheap either !!
