I may, not sure yet, need a new alternator. Car is MY98 pre-facelift STI which was imported from new. Should be covered by warranty I took when buying car recently - If this was say when not covered, or even now I suppose, is there going to be a problem getting the part ie does the fact it is an import make a difference?. Flame suit is on - but I have never owned an import or scoob before - I said it was a daft question.
