When changing down sounds like something knocking around in the drivers door/OSF somewhere.

Doesn't do it when accelerating and changing up or when lifting off from speed.

When car was last serviced they did point out that the OSF and NSF dampers had slight play in them at the top but weren't leaking. Does this sound consistent with that? Probably looking at replacing the suspension with Tein Coilovers !! Or could it be the bushe needing replaced *cheaper is nice!)
