Question Cambelt + Oil change

Bit of a long story, but basically, I bought my scoob in June, but can't drive it until the end of this month, when my insurance renewal is due and I can swap companies.
When I bought the car, the garage fitted a new cambelt.
When the cambelt is changed, is the oil changed aswell because the oil is still a yellow colour. The car's only done about 30 miles in the last month and half, since the camblet's been done.
I was going to get the car serviced when it's back on the road, still might do anyway, but might wait a few months if the oil is new.

Cheers for the help

There's no need to change the oil when doing a belt change, and vice-versa...
