Was having a nosey at a few of the cars at TOTB on Sunday and noticed that the Audi powered mk1 Golf has a Knockstop on it. It looked like a big knocklink box and was obviously made by the same company.

Does anyone have one or could tell me what it does? Does it retard the timing if it senses knock? I've upgraded to an Apexi ecu and have lost that facility and would be interested if this could do the same thing.
