Hi, I have a 95 type ra which has just had an engine rebuild by API....spec is

cosworth forged pistons
new subaru crank
v6 sti steel conrods
cometition bearings
ARP stud and nut kit
lightened and balanced fly
exedy clutch
blitz stainless tubular headers
full blitz decat and nur spec exhaust
hks front mount
td05 turbo (not sure which one)
motorsport spec fse fuel pump
gems ecu......currently on running in map.......set by Pat.
standard injectors

so what sort of (reliable) power is acheivable from this spec?

also what is needed to take car to circa 400bhp?

Check with API what oil they would recomend.

 

You're going to need bigger injectors to cope with what you have now, let alone 400.

You had a TD05-16g before, have they made it front entry or changed housings etc?

as far as I can tell it all looks standard!
