Default HKS Suction Intake Kit

Assuming I fit an FMIC.. I will need to go for an induction setup is seems, apart from the K&N option has anyone tried to HKS Suction kit? i.e. the one with the metal pipework as opposed to the version that appears to connect directly to the MAF?

The HKS Racing Suction Kit incorporates the car's MAF as does the K&N. If you're fitting a Hybrid FMIC, the HKS mushroom is a bit big to fit in. The K&N is an easier fit.

That's what I found with MY97, don't know about other MYs but imagine they've a similar shortage of space.

If you're really after the HKS, I have one from my car
