Default Painting Intercooler pipes
Is it ok to paint Front Mount pipes in normal paint or will it get to hot?

TART.

Sould be ok especially the pipes after the FMIC. If the intercooler pipes got hot enough to burn the paint off you would think it would melt the silicon hose's first.

Anyway your car never see's more than 1/2 throttle so you wont have any problems with excessive heat

What's the finish on them at the monment Si, I'm just considering the highly polished theme ? I'm assuming they are alloy ?

No Si they are painted a kind of bluey, greeney colour.
