Default Anyone used Apexi 740 injectors?

Ordered some Apexi 740's for my STI5 Type R from Flat4, they seem to go into the fuel rails ok but the plug on them is different. Will post some pics to show what I mean.

Has anyone else used them and do they have to be modified in any way?

Cheers

They need to have the connection modified to accept the Subaru connectors. (They are designed to fit Nissans IIRC)

See here for how to do it:

There was a modification to make on the injectors to get them to fit my wiring harness plugs.
Spot the difference !

There were Four things that needed doing.
Bending of the tangs to the correct side of the plug.
Removing the two outer top lugs but leaving the central one for the clip to engage with.
Remove the high left hand lug.
Finally shorten the overall depth of the plug socket.

should end up like thus !
