Default Stiff/Hard Clutch

Hi Guys

I have an MY98 and wondering if the stiff/hard clutch (lot of resistance when pushing down) is normal. Gear selecting is fine and the clutch pedal pops right back up when i take my foot off. Its just quite hard when pushing the clutch in.

Thanks
Edwin
