Default actuator question

hi all

i have recently cleaned my boost sollienod and all of the hoses from it,but i im wondering if i have put one of the hoses on wrong.

the hose im on about is the one going from the actuator past the tee piece and into the rear of the turbo.

the question is,theres a little diaphragm in the hose from the rear of the turbo.
should the diaphragm be nearest the turbo or nearest the tee piece?

cheers for your help
