what gearbox oil, and strenghning the box
my car has covered 123k and im due a service now as you can see my gearbox has covered some distance and my car should be on the 300bhp and 300lbs area so is there a high strengh oil i can get for my box also is there a way of making it stronger i did here if you slightly over filled 3rd gear that can help it as 3rd is the main gear to blow up

Redline gear oil is very good, along with Castrol Syntrax and Millers gear oils.
The only way of making the box stronger is by building it stronger i'm afraid, but as you quite rightly said you can help things by slightly overfilling with gear oil, around 1cm over the max mark on the gearbox dipstick is the genral rule.
Cheers matey

as he said , , , my uk is 338 lbs/ft torque
i replaced the oil with syntrax, adding an extra 0.4 litre
seems to have solved the short term problems but its by no means a fix . .
i had 5 litres
0.8 for diff and 4.2 for box
