Default Eagle F1 tyres - Red Dot

Anyone know if the red dot means anything - SHould it be on the outsides of the tyres or does it no matter?

Just curious I have just had a set put on - The fronts are on the outside and the rears on the inside.

don't think its an inside outside thing, depends what system goodyear uses, but dots are usually to mark the high point of the tyre or the lightest part to line up with the valve stem.
