Fitting a boost gauge
Hi,
I shall be fitting a boost gauge at the weekend.
I had a quick look under the bonnet yesterday hoping to see somewhere to attach the hose on the inlet manifold but wasn't sure where it is supposed to go?
I thought Subaru provided a suitable point to connect the hose. I'm sure on my old classic there was a place on the manifold to fit the pipe.
Are the manifolds different on the P1? (other than being red of course) if so where does the hose fit.
Once fitted whats the max boost for the P1, is it 1.1 bar?
Thanks
Graham.

if there are no nipples that are just simply blanked off then "T" ing into one of the right sized pipes would be the next best thing. Washer bottle T pieces are quite useful if they don't supply you one in the kit.
P1 manifold is the same as any other PhaseII / 00MY manifold as far as I am aware.
