just about to buy a 1995 wrx import from a good mate
it was imported 2003 and came into the country with 68000kms on clock which there is proof for this
now the clocks reads 77k but has a uk face now
my mate tells me the guy he bought it off had only dne limited miles and the clock was never converted
could this be true or does the sva not allow this
