RAC Trackstar "Safe Speed" Opinions?
I'm just registering the RAC Trackstar installed in my shiny new Clio V6.
I can pay extra to enable a "safe speed" option where it beeps to alert me of speed cameras. I like the idea of no extra kit in the car and automatic updates which it offers.
Now I already have a Snooper S6R Neo with the Radar and Laser detector. That unit will need to be proffesionally installed (due to special winscreeen glass blocking GPS). It also needs to be manually updated. However it has a display, and the detector that the RAC unit does not. Question is which is best.
I am unsure. Each has pro's and cons! Subscription price for both is similar.
Any ideas / experience of the Trackstar "safe speed" function.
Cheers
Peter
