Exclamation Little Caution

HI,

in terms of fitting the ECU is a straight swap, but you may have to have your keys recoded for the immobiliser. If you swap the ECU's over and the car cuts out after a few seconds you will need to take the car, ECU and keys to a dealer to have it recoded.

I swapped for a PPP ECU in mine and the dealer charged me £18 to recode the keys

cheers

Ash

Would you not have to change the restrictor on the wastegate control? I know the later cars use a different size one to change the way the boost is controlled.

Yes but at least the person buying or fitting it or even selling it has a little more information.

Just trying to be helpful
