Hi MO MO,
Just wrapped a set of Megans myself, I had 50' of 2" and it only got to the flexi joint, although I did have fair overlaps as I wound it on.
If you can clamp the pipes (I used Black & Decker workmate) then you can really pull it tight, then use a pin to hold the loose end whilst you get a tie on it.
If you try to wrap each pipe individually it will be a nighmare, I wrapped 2 together, and then the 4 together from around 3" before where they all join up.
Whole job took about 45 mins on my own.
I am impressed with the headers, and so is everyone who has seen them.
