Default car not starting, possible immobalizer

hi guys, just a bit of help needed, my 95 wrx estate which was stolen has been recovered at back home now,

i have tried to start it but it doesnt start, the ignition barrel is broken(using a screwdriver)

i have put petrol in it but no luck

it seems the fuel pump does not come on when the ignition is turned 1 click

does anyone know if the 95 wrx cars have immobalizers?

any suggestions?

I dont think the earlier import models came with standard immobilizer. May have had one fitted by the previous owner but you should know that.

The may have damaged part of the wiring loom from the ignition switch.
Does the engine turn over?
