where the hell is my electronic solenoid valve?
ok gonna try and find it and try and clean it tomorrow (hopefully) and solve my problem!
any ideas where i should start???

If its the boost solenoid your'e looking for on a classic it in front of the drivers side suspension turret shown below :-
Directly below the indicated pressure exchange valve
