Hi,
Car been running fine until today when all of a sudden it kept stalling and would not rev then the engine check light came on car now idles very slowley it will rev at standstill but no power if u drive also very jerky and also splutters any ideas of what to check before i get hold of the main dealer. i have checked for air leaks and all seems fine there any idea what sensor could do this ?

Ps the cars a 97uk.
