Default ecutek, then intercooler and intake ? in that order?

hey Ive had my car ecuteked bout 3 weeks ago, back then I had extractors full 3 inch exhaust, and up pipe done. Ive bought an APS top mount which is supposed to be quite big, and a cold air intake that goes into the fender.

would this make my af mixtures too lean? do I need to remap the ecu or will it adapt to the new settings ?

thanks

I thought a large part of the map cost was the software licence. Therefore any changes afterwards were just mappers time costs?
