Question Bleed nipple near driver suspension turret: wasssit do?

Bled my clutch yesterday, using the bleed niple on the slave cylinder to run the fluid through.

While I was tracing the pipework, I noticed the clutch pipes run through a metal block near the D/S suspension turrret that also has a bleed nipple.

Does any one know what that bleed nipple's for?
