Default V2 STi heads on wrx engine

I'm in the middle of rebuilding a MY95 WRX engine.
Are there any advantages in fitting a pair of v2 STi heads/cams.

Thank you
Dave

AFAIK, it may benefit if they are the RA heads, not sure if the std v2 sti ones are the same though, the RA heads have a better valvetrain, and will happily rev to 8k

I thought that the STi cams would be more aggressive as well leading to more top end power.
