Default Front + Side indicators MY96......

hi there

i know i sounds stubid but, i can take the Front + side indicators out??? i currently have a 22b bumper and cant find the screw to get the fronts out, photos below....
also at the side i try to pull it out and with no luck??? dont want to use a scew driver as i dont want to scratch the car.....

Surely just the same procedure as other Classics, given that your bumper isn't fouling the lenses. With the bonnet up you should see a small screw adjacent to where the sidelight and headlamp assemblies meet -- it's this screw which secures the sidelights, not that they'd fall out!

The hardest part is pulling -- you have to pull the sidelight lenses directly forward, combatting the very strong ball and socket which holds them in.

Sorry, perhaps I'm teaching you to suck eggs or I've missed something.

I think he meant the side indicators, not the side lights mate

p.s. use a table knife in a cloth to remove the side indicators, the clips are at either end of the light... teh bolt for the front indicators are behind teh covers IIRC.
