Question Legacy Charge Cooler Pump

Anybody know what the flow rate in litres per minute is of the charge cooler pump off the '91 - '93 Turbo Legacy?

What govens when the higher flow rate is used, my understanding is a heat sensor?

If anyone knows of one of these for sale I could use one as mine is pretty knackered.

The cooler pump is controlled by the ECU to switch between high/low speed but I'm not sure what info the ecu uses to determine this.
