Default MIRROR GLASS REMOVAL

I have a broken glass in my drivers side wing mirror - I have another wing mirror but I am not sure if its possible to get the glass out without breaking it.

Anybody know how?

AFAIK, the mirrors are stuck on with some strong pads. Mine only came off when I smashed it on a fence post

You could try heating up the glass to see if it'll loosen the glue. Two stick pads held mine on (MY99 UK classic).
