Default Lambda sensor & idle control valve

I have an MY99 that is having some idling problems. I've been told it could be the Lambda or the ICV.

Questions.

1. Is the lambda as easy as it looks to replace, unclip one end and unbolt the other. Or is there more to it than that.

2. Where is the ICV? Can anyone post a picture? and is it easy to get off and clean??

Many thanks

Mark

1. easy as that mate... 22mm spanner needed
2.iscv is mated to the throttle body aperture.

I would personally check the MAF out on that MY.
