Can you check the std spec of an engine as it left the factory or confirm that the engine has ever been changed in a car via dvla or via Subaru?

Just like to be re-assured that all is well with my scoob...and am also after building a full picture of any mods done already to confirm the information given to me at the time of sale.

I'll make nother post about the ECU check....
