Angry Can't believe this just happened

Hi Does anybody have a Standard water header tank floating around( Scuse Pun) for a MY95
I am desperate as one of the connectors on mine has just snapped off.

As a temp/semi-permanent repair arildite a bit of copper pipe in

Yep, They all go there

Get some copper pipe (think 15mm fits) drill the hole out to 15mm and arialdite the pipe inside the header tank. Don't it on a couple in the past and they are still going strong

It will fix the problem, but I wouldn't say it is a permanent repair

Cheers for that Dyney

A trip to B&Q this morning and done the fix, now just waiting for the Araldite to go off.
Should see me through till i can get another header tank.

best to go for a header tank from a later car (post 96) as they are metal instead of plastic, you will need to make a bracket as the fitting to the inlet manifold is different.

here is a pick of a later header tank fitted to my old my95 wrx
