Stock WRX overboosting

Hi

I have 02 WRX bugeye that is overboosting. It is stock. The dealer cannot see it immediately.

What can I check?

how do you know its over boosting ? if it cuts at high revs its possible that its over full with oil and the control valve needs cleaning out along with the pipes

I have a boost guage. It does not cut out.

What control valve needs cleaning? Where is it? How do I clean it?
