40k service on WRX Bugeye
#2
Just had this done on mine, it isn't a cambelt one which I think is at 50k. Mine cost me £450 but most of this was labour to fix a few things. Reckon it should cost around £300 if it is just the service.

I may be wrong (and frequently I am ) but I think this is a minor service so shouldn't be more than £100-£150.00
The 30K is a big one with all fluids, 40K minor, 50K major (possibly cam belt - not sure haven't got this far yet).
I've just had the 40K 4 year one on mine (although car has only done approx 21K) and got change from £100.00 although did have some problems with an oil filter but no need to go into that.

Main Dealer Prices inc. VAT
£250 for 40,000 miles (previous owner) but this included wiper blades at £16 exc. VAT
£381 for 50,000 miles inc. cambelt and VAT, but I did supply my own oil.
