Default ecu/chips

Hi, I have seen some ABC superchips for sale on Ebay, does anybody know if they are ok to fit to a 95 wagon import. There are also a few ECU's for sale, are there any models that will improve the peformance of a wagon without increasing the size of the turbo/injectors etc.

Cheer's,

Lee.

Yeah stay well clear, I found out today that ecu chips blow your engine, so do you pay a few quid for a chip that everyone raves on about being so good or do you pay a few thousand for a new engine???

The basic chips fool your ecu into thinking that the air temp is less than it actually is. This causes the ecu to add more fuel to the mixture.
Not a good idea.

Andy F on here can supply/fit and map an Apexi ecu for around £750. This replaces the standard ecu and offers complete adjustablility on nearly every engine parameter
