Dual Stage Boost Controller

Does anyone know of any cheap Dual Stage Boost Controller's like this one in the pic ??? or if its possible to make something myself?

Also what is the max length of the pipe that goes from the wastegate actuator to the boost controller? (I think I got the names right?)

Thanks Andy!! The cost is significantly lower then the one I was looking at by about $160. I wish there was a U.K supplier of them though,
