Power at flywheel vs torque

I've marked a strange dip on with a red circle. I'm trying to figure out what this is.

I've got an MY02 WRX, last RR I had shows a normal shaped curve, this time the dip has shown up.

Since that last RR I have had added a K&N Panel Filter and H&S centre and Back Box. Also has a boost guage I originally plumbed into the wastegate. I've shifted it now to be the dump valve, it all works fine, but maybe I have damaged something (I drove it for about 1 mile before realising something was not right)?

Power at wheel vs AFR

The guys from Surrey Rolling Road mentioned it was running rich (in fact all the three bug eyes were running rich while I was there). And the AFR went below the scale measured (hence the flat line).

Unsure what the dip might be, its a though something kicks in and is partially restricting the power.

What should I look at as the cause? MAF, Lambda, something else? Any ideas?

It could have got hot and pulled timing, if so, nothing to worry about. I know that on the MY01+ STI's the ECU pulls timing if inlet temps go above a certain level, perhaps its the same with the WRX?
