Hmmm may need one myself sometime, what is needed to fit this 3 bar MAP sensor to an early classic? Cost of the sensor?

Later ( MY98 cars IIRC ) have a higher reading sensor, but do these plug straight in or need wiring mods?

from my experience the 3 bar map sensor conversion , the ecu has to be ramapped to use this sensor if not the voltages to the ecu are too low and give false information resulting in lean running leading to detonation, i recently had to rebuild cylinder heads due to this, was running lean after 3 bar map sensor fittment(may i add not by myself) without remap, burning plugs out which damaged valve seats, even burnt out PFR7B upgrades, IMHO may be wrong but as i say IMHO, also refitted original 2 bar map sensor and guess what no more detonation or plugs breaking burning out.
