Default Misfire under load!

Hi all, my 95 GC8 import WRX has developed an intermittant misfire when at full working temp and underload, it has been re-mapped and runs at 1.2bar and has run great for a while and does when cold! Im suspecting poss ignition coils or the plug caps! has anybody heard of anything simular?

cheers

Aaron

Change the spark plugs first...spark plug failure is far more likely than coil packs (unless a heavy handed monkey previously removed the coil packs and cracked/stressed them ).

Smile plugs

Had same prob running 19psi ....changed plugs and re-gapped to 0.6mm and has cured problem.
Had few people say could be coil packs...but it wasnt so try plugs first.
