HELP I,ve got a flat spot????????????

Can anyone help me with my problem? When accelrating from a standing start(from the tolls at the forth bridge for example) my scoob pulls away till about 3800rpm then it has a flat spot then takes off again.

Maybe over boosting? do a search and you`ll find heaps out about it mate.

My car was doing the same in roughly the same place (not the fourth road bridge that is!!!)
