Help with TD05 FE Conversion
I have a 1995 WRX and am wanting to convert my car to a TD05FE.
I have the following upgrades already on the car:
Blitz Iridium Plugs
HKS Superflow Induction kit
HKS Front Mounted Intercooler
Blitz Dump Valve
Walbro 255 lt/hr fuel pump
Apexi Full Stainless System from turbo back
Apexi AVCR Boost Controller
VOS Chip
I have purchased the following for the conversion:
FSE Uprated Fuel Pressure Regulator
TD05 FE Turbo
440cc Injectors
Uprated Fuel Rail converted for screw in -6 thread
STI 4 Red top Inlet Manifold
Can anyone give me any ideas on this conversion, ie fuel pressure needed to run 1.5 bar and what else i need to buy ie gaskets etc as dont wanna be stuck with car not running.
Hope to change the VOS Chip to an Apexi Power FC in next few weeks and a set of 550cc Injectors as dont trust running chips with high boost.
What bhp could i expect from this mod roughly?

What exhaust set up?
At a guess i would say a reliable 300-320.
