I was thinking of buying a Megan De-Cat single dump downpipe for my '94 Scoob, I found a company that sells these along with race headers, back boxes, strut braces and other Items for £130 Inc VAT + £10 delivery. http://www.ccsperformance.co.uk/ This price seems very reasonable as I've done a bit of browsing on the net and found that other brand downpipes generaly go for £200+, the second cheapest came In at £176 Inc VAT from API Engines http://www.apiengines.com/index.php

My question Is, does anyone here have a Megan pipe on their car, and how does It perform? The wording of their website claim "Single neck is more able to reduce boost spiking, whilst maintaining excellent flow." What does boost spiking mean?
