Default Tracking and 4 wheel laser alignment

Sorry to sound stupid but whats the difference or are they the same thing?

4 wheel laser alignment equipment can be used to accurately set the tracking.
Providing the equipment is accurate and the operator is competant you will get an accurate job and the relationship between front and rear axles taken into account.
Front and rear wheels can be set to whatever tracking setting is recommended.
Some tyre depots/garages use track bars which look crude by comparison but can turn out good results. Generally that type of equipment does not take into account the relatioship between front and rear axle but the rear settings can be done but the readings are in reverse.
Not all cars have adjustable rear track settings but the Scoob does.
