my mpg has turned hideous in the last few days, andy f has remapped it and i was getting excellent mpg but lately i can smell petrol quite badly, i havent seen any leaks.

could someone confirm that it could be the lamda sensor causing this.

are they expensive to buy?

if i buy a second hand one does it have to be a 97 uk?

how easy are they to change and whereabouts is it located?
